Exchanges & returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

This was probably my 5th pair of these that I’ve bought over the years as they are such a practical fashionable shoe that comes in such gorgeous colours.
I thought I was safe to buy them online as I am so familiar with the shoes and brand.
Unfortunately the shoe delivered has the correct size I ordered printed on the shoe but it feels like it’s half a size too big and also a lot wider in the fit than normal for Arches brand.
The shoe laces provided are too short & don’t leave much left to actually tie the shoe.
Quite disappointed
