At Footmaster, we strive to make your exchanges and returns experience as smooth and convenient 
as possible.


Footmaster Online Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.


  • Exchanges are accepted for items that meet the same conditions as returns. 
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

Exchange Process:

Step 1: Place a new order

Step 2:
 Enter your details into this online form (fill up the online form with the order number, email, and return reasons.)

Step 3: Package your items back into their original packaging, using the pre-printed label and a copy of your online form, and attach it to your returned items box.

Step 4: Post your returned items back to us.

Footmaster Online Returns Policy:

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.
Please note:

  • For leather products may occur natural variations on every product, once they're genuine leather with handmade processes and finishes.
  • Online Purchases are not eligible for in-store exchanges/returns.

Declined Returns:

  • Footmaster reserves the right to decline returns of items that are damaged or show signs of wear.
  • If a return is declined, you will be notified via email and the items will be returned to you.

Returns eligibility:

a. Full-priced, unworn shoes in as-new condition with original packaging can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit note within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.
b. For all online FINAL SALE or more than 10% discounted merchandise, all sales 
are final and no returns or exchanges are allowed.
c. The products should preserve their original characteristics and the packaging it’s 
not damaged. Any damage to the merchandise or the original shoe box (tape, shipping labels, or markings) will void any return and result in the items being returned to you.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the items are in unworn condition and with 
the original packaging intact.
d. Gift vouchers and credit notes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be r
eturned.
e. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns on socks, accessories, or 
inner soles.

f. Any postage costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense.

g. Refunds will be processed by our Online Team via your original payment method.

h. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

i. Please note that payment may take up to 1-2 business days to process.
