Founder and CEO Richard Grainger said he was very optimistic about the Cairns economy and was excited to launch his latest store and support local employment.

Combined with listening to feedback from our online customers asking if we have a shopfront in far north Queensland, we've taken the leap," he said.
Mr Grainger, a qualified Podiatrist for 21 years, outlined that Footmaster’s online purchases market had grown over 39 percent this year. Still, when it comes to shoes that fit and look good, their customers liked to see the shoes and take a walk. "It's good old fashion customer service by local expert staff", he said.
